Supply Chain ESG Management System Development

KPC establishes an integrated supply chain management system—including policies, assessments, and audits—to identify and manage supplier ESG risks.
To help companies respond to regulations such as the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), we support the entire process, from establishing a supplier code of conduct to self-assessments, on-site audits, and training.

EcoVadis and RBA Assessment Support

KPC provides customized improvement consulting to help companies achieve strong ratings on global supply chain assessment platforms such as EcoVadis and RBA.
We analyze the three management topics (policies, actions, and outcomes) and seven management indicators to assess a company’s current level, and support the achievement of Gold and Platinum ratings by executing short-term improvement action items and optimizing responses through a structured 16-week process.

KPC provides independent third-party verification services in accordance with AA1000AS v3 and the GRI Standards to ensure the credibility of your sustainability reports.

(MOTIR) Sustainable Management Promotion Program

The Korea Productivity Center (KPC) has been serving as a designated “Sustainability Management Support Center” by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources (MOTIR) since 2019, in accordance with Article 19 of the Industrial Development Act.
We support Korean companies in building autonomous sustainability management systems that ensure economic viability, environmental soundness, and social responsibility.
