국가생산성본부는 12월 18일, 2012년도 4분기 국가고객만족도(NCSI) 조사 결과를 발표했다.
국가고객만족도(NCSI)는 한국생산성본부가 미국 미시건대학, 조선일보와 공동으로 개발한 지수로 국내외에서 생산되고 국내 최종소비자에게 판매되고 있는 특정 제품 및 서비스에 대해, 해당 제품을 직접 사용한 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 면접 조사를 한 후 직접 평가한 만족수준의 정도를 모델링에 근거하여 측정, 계량화한 지표이다.
올해 4분기 국가 차원의 국가고객만족도는 72.8점으로 지난 3분기보다 0.2점 상승했으며, 지난해 4분기와 비교하면 0.4점 상승되었다.
지난 9~11월간 실시된 2012년도 4분기 국가고객만족도(NCSI) 조사는 16개 업종의 114개 기업(관)에 대해 전국 5대 광역시에서 고객을 대상으로 면접조사를 통해 실시되었다.
조사대상은 해당업체 제품 또는 서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 ▲고객기대수준 ▲고객인지품질 ▲고객인지가치 ▲고객불평률 ▲고객충성도 ▲고객유지율 6가지 항목을 평가하여 100점 만점으로 산출했다.
'2012년 4분기 국가고객만족도(NCSI) 1위 기업 인증식' 은 12월 18일, 서울 중구 롯데호텔에서 열렸다.
